You will get a 30-minute Video Assessment with Health and Fitness Coach. We will then evaluate your lifestyle and discuss with you what are your inner motivations as we create a personalized "healthy eating schedule" and discuss with you your own unique meal plan and preparation.
Every week, you get four virtual 1-on-1 sessions where you get exclusive and live fitness coaching for Meditation, Yoga, Pilates, etc. You will also be given an exclusive access to an app where we monitor your progress and also track your accountability. Every week, you get a 10-minute progress assessment with your Personal Coach via Video Messaging or Phone Call.
As we go along and understand what will make this program successful for you, we will introduce you to lifestyle habits and changes that will help you develop stress management techniques and deconstruct your unhealthy cravings by introducing healthier foods that are more suitable to your lifestyle and taste.
